With almost 20 years experience as a counselor, I am dedicated to helping you improve your life and important relationships through proven, evidenced  based counseling.

My Christian faith is an important part of my life, and I can include faith in our sessions if you’d like. However, I welcome everyone, regardless of their beliefs.
